AI-built systems for your business, built fast with Claude.
We connect your WhatsApp, email, lead forms, calls and follow-ups into one system that turns enquiries into orders. Then we build the operations behind it. Our in-house team builds with Claude, so your first working version is ready in 4 to 6 weeks.
30 minutes. You keep the map either way.

We run on what we build
Our own business runs on systems we built with Claude.
More than 500,000 lines of code, written by our team since February 2026. The real screens hold our clients’ names and numbers, so these use demo data. We can open the live ones on a call.

01Lead to WhatsApp
A form fill becomes a scored lead, a WhatsApp group and a follow-up plan, without anyone copying details across.
02Meeting recorder
Calls are recorded, minutes are written and sent, and every promise made on the call goes on a list.
03Finance
Two companies, bank sync, invoicing, GST and TDS reminders, and approvals before anything reaches the books.
04Client portal
Each client logs in to sign the paperwork, see results, approve work and pay invoices.
05One launcher
Every tool the team uses, grouped by the part of the business it runs.
06The operating system
Every client's numbers in one place: sales, spend, orders and finance. Reports and checks run on it every day.
Sound familiar
The business has grown. The way it runs has not.
01 Orders on WhatsApp
Orders come in on WhatsApp and someone types them into Excel at night.
02 Reports take days
The month-end report takes three days, and it is out of date when it lands.
03 Leads go cold
An enquiry arrives on Saturday and nobody calls until Tuesday.
04 Typed twice
Two people type the same data into two different tools.
05 Checked once a quarter
Stock, invoices and payments get reconciled when someone finds the time.
06 Gut feeling
Decisions get made on feel because the numbers are spread across five files.
What we build
Two kinds of systems. We start with sales.
Sales systems bring in revenue directly. Operations systems run the work after the order. We build both, and we prefer to start with sales, because that is where a system pays for itself first.
01Sales systems
Where we start
Your WhatsApp, email, lead flow, voice calling and follow-ups, connected into one system that turns enquiries into orders.
01 One enquiry desk
Every enquiry from WhatsApp, email, calls and lead forms lands in one place, scored and assigned within minutes.
A distributor: dealer enquiries from WhatsApp and the website reach the right salesperson with a callback time.

02 Follow-ups that go out on time
Replies, reminders and quotes drafted for you on WhatsApp and email, with calls scheduled until the enquiry becomes an order.
A clinic: every missed call gets a WhatsApp reply and a callback, and no enquiry waits until Monday.

02Operations systems
The work after the order: stock, dispatch, reports, approvals and the tools your team uses every day.

Orders and inventory
Orders, stock, dispatch and purchase in one system instead of five sheets.

Reporting dashboards
The numbers you ask for every Monday, ready every morning.

Internal tools
Bank matching, GST reminders and the small tools no software vendor sells.

Client portals
Your customers log in to see status, documents and invoices.
Free systems map call. 30 minutes.
How it works
From a 30 minute call to a system your team uses.
Day 1
Systems map call
Thirty minutes, free. We trace how an enquiry becomes an order today and where the work after it slows down. You get a written systems map after the call, and you keep it whether or not you hire us.
Week 1
Scope
A written scope for the first version: what it does, what it connects to, the date it goes live and a fixed price. Builds start at ₹5 lakh.
Weeks 2 to 6
First working version
Built on your real data, with a demo every week. Your team uses the first version within 4 to 6 weeks.
After
Run and improve
We hand it over with the code and the documents, or we keep running and improving it every month.
Work, by area
The problem, what we built, what changed.
No names. Our clients' details stay private, and so do our partners'. Every case is real work we can walk you through on a call.
Operations
A large consumer goods company
Partner build- The problem
- Goods receipts were reconciled once every three months, so a mismatch surfaced months after it happened.
- What we built
- A reconciliation pipeline that runs every day, with a second check that watches the first.
- What changed
- Reconciliation moved from every three months to daily. Write-offs on ₹10Cr a year cut by about 90%.
Our company
Our own- The problem
- What was decided and promised on client calls lived in one person's notes.
- What we built
- A recorder joins every Google Meet on our calendars. The transcript becomes minutes, sent to the team, and every promise our side made goes on a list with a date.
- What changed
- Minutes and the list of promises arrive after every recorded call. Nobody writes them by hand.
Sales
Our company
Our own- The problem
- Enquiries came in through several forms and a booking page. Each one had to be copied across, given a WhatsApp group and followed up by hand.
- What we built
- Every web form and booking lands in one pipeline. Each lead is checked and scored, a WhatsApp group is opened for the ones that fit, and follow-ups are drafted for the team.
- What changed
- The intake runs every five minutes, at any hour. No lead waits for someone to open an inbox.
Finance
Our two companies
Our own- The problem
- Two companies, two sets of books. Bank entries were sorted by hand, and gateway payouts were matched to the bank one by one.
- What we built
- Bank sync, Zoho Books, invoicing, a GST and TDS calendar, and gateway settlements matched to the bank by reference number. Nothing is written to the books without an approval.
- What changed
- Transactions categorise themselves with 158 rules learned from more than 10,000 past entries.

Who builds it
Anish Jajodia, founder.
Anish leads every build, from the systems map call to handover. The systems on this page are the ones he built with Claude and runs the company on.
Some client builds are delivered with a development partner we work with. Those are marked Partner build on this page.
Two ways to work
Pick the one that fits how you like to buy.
Either way, the price is agreed in writing after the systems map call, before any work starts. Projects start at ₹5 lakh.
01 Option
Fixed-scope project
One system, one written scope, one agreed price before we start. When it is live, it is yours.
- Scope and price fixed up front
- Weekly demos on your data
- Code, hosting and documents handed over
02 Option
Build plus monthly retainer
We build the first version, then keep it running and add to it every month as the business changes.
- Fixes and new features every month, from the team that already knows your system
A good fit if
- Your business is already running and the work lives in Excel, WhatsApp and someone's memory
- You can name the process that costs you the most time
- Someone senior can give us an hour a week during the build
- You want to own the system at the end
Probably not, if it is
- A budget under ₹5 lakh for the build
- An app idea without a business behind it yet
- Shopping for the lowest quote
- A large tender with a 40-page requirements document
Questions
Anything else, ask on the call.
Who owns the code?Open
You do. The code sits in your account, the system runs on hosting in your name, and you can take it to another developer the day we finish.
Is our data safe?Open
Your data stays in your own accounts. We get only the access the build needs, we sign an NDA if you want one, and access is removed when the work ends.
What happens when the business changes and the system has to change with it?Open
On a retainer, we make the change. On a fixed project, you can ask us for a small scoped change or give it to your own developer, because the code is yours and documented.
Will it work with the software we already use?Open
Usually, yes. We connect to what you have: Tally, Zoho, Shopify, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, your CRM or your bank. We replace a tool only when it is the thing holding you back.
Why is building with Claude faster?Open
Our developers use Claude to write and check code, so the slow typing part of a build shrinks. People still design the system, review every change and test it on your data. The time saved goes into weekly demos.
How long does it take?Open
A first working version in 4 to 6 weeks for most systems. The scope you sign has the date on it.
What does it cost?Open
Projects start at ₹5 lakh. The price depends on the scope, and after the systems map call you get a written scope with a fixed price before anything starts.
Is there a minimum project size?Open
Yes, ₹5 lakh. That is what it takes to build a system properly on your real data, test it with your team and hand it over with documents. Below that we would be cutting corners, so we do not take the work.
Should we start with a sales system or an operations system?Open
Usually sales. A system that answers every enquiry and follows up until it becomes an order earns back its cost first. If sales already run well and the work after the order is the problem, we start with operations. The systems map call settles it.
Why should we trust you to build our system?Open
Because we run our own business on software we built. The operating system, the sales pipeline, the finance system and the client portal on this page are all ours, and we can open the live ones on a call.
